Amy, Kex Kitchen's founder, is a trained chef with a passion for modern healthy food. Amy spent three years as a pastry chef in Sweden, where she learnt the value of using seasonal, local,
natural ingredients. Since then Amy has worked as a head chef in kitchens in France, Melbourne & NZ. 


All Amy’s food is prepared in a registered commercial kitchen in Mount Maunganui.
