Founder, owner, and head chef of Kex Kitchen. After three years as a pastry chef in Sweden, and working as a head chef in France, Melbourne and throughout New Zealand I developed a passion for good, healthy & wholesome food. I created Kex Kitchen (named after the Swedish word for ‘biscuit’) in 2016, to modernise office catering food as we know it.
Today, Kex Kitchen is the Bay of Plenty’s leading caterers for corporate and office functions. With a modern approach, we have created an innovative menu using healthy and nutritious produce and ingredients.
Kex Kitchen specialises in corporate catering for businesses, with a particular talent for creating stand-out spreads for executive meetings and elite events. Our fresh, modern, and beautiful menu uses local seasonal produce, free range eggs and meat, and all our cutlery and packaging is environmentally friendly.
Most of our menu is gluten-free – and as a celiac myself, it’s no surprise that we have an outstanding reputation for taking care of any food allergies or dietary requirements needed. We operate from a commercial kitchen in Mount Maunganui and deliver to businesses all around the Bay of Plenty.
